$1,000 Welcome Bonus

(full-time)

As a caregiver, you assist our senior residents in their daily well-being, including personal services, medication assistance, social-recreational activities, meal services, and other tasks. You will report to the wellness director.

You Will:

1. Follow the resident service plan including assistance with bathing, grooming, administering medication, and other activities of daily living (ADLs), noting changes in the resident condition.
2. Communicate problems, concerns, and issues related to resident apartments, buildings, and grounds with an appropriate team member.
3. Maintain a clean, neat, comfortable, and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
4. Follow infection control procedures and demonstrate knowledge thereof.
5. Comply with regulatory standards, OSHA guidelines, and incident reporting protocols.
6. Engage and communicate effectively with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and colleagues.
7. Support the dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and home-like environment for residents.

You currently:

1. Preferably have six months of experience in senior caregiving; training is provided for newcomers to healthcare.
2. Maintain a clean, neat, comfortable, and safe demeanor.
3. Ability to compose reports in English.
