Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - Fairfield is seeking a compassionate PRNCaregiver to assist our clients with daily activities, promoting independence and well-being in their homes. The role includes personal care, medication reminders, meal preparation, mobility assistance, and companionship.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver or similar role is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Two references are required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform duties.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• TB test within last year with clear results.
• CNA, HHA, and BLS/CPR training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions.
• Assist with mobility and transferring clients.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Engage in conversation and provide companionship.
• Monitor and report changes in client’s condition to supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.


• Providing medication reminders and assistance with medication management.


• Preparing and serving meals according to dietary restrictions.


• Assisting with mobility and transferring clients.


• Ensuring a clean and safe environment for clients.


• Engaging in conversation and providing companionship to clients.


• Monitoring and reporting any changes in client\'s condition to the appropriate supervisor.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Caregiver or similar role.


• Valid CPR and First Aid certifications.
