We have full-time and part-time hours available, including day shift, mid shift, evening, and overnight shifts.

Objective

Home Instead Care Professionals provide non-medical services to help seniors remain in their homes, enhancing their quality of life with dignity, pride, care, and compassion.

Primary Responsibilities

• Reflect the core values of Klipsch Senior Care, LLC.
• Contribute to a positive living environment for clients.
• Document daily activities and report changes in client needs or conditions.
• Maintain communication with supervisors and staff.
• Provide companionship and personal care, including assistance with walking, meal prep, medication reminders, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, and appointment accompaniment.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence issues.
• Provide specialized care such as Alzheimer’s/Dementia and hospice care.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Participate in training and social events.
• Report hours and communicate availability.
• Participate in satisfaction surveys and document client information.
• Provide transportation using personal or client vehicles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Job Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, or pull 25 pounds.
• Ability to bend, twist, kneel, reach.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (if applicable).
• Ability to withstand exposure to dust, mold, mildew, cleaning solutions.
