Job summary

Cheer Home Care is hiring compassionate caregivers in California to provide non-medical home care for seniors and disabled individuals. Duties include companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation, with shifts available and a pay rate of $20–$23 per hour.

Responsibilities cover ADLs, mobility support, and dementia care, with a flexible schedule that can be full-time or part-time. Training and 24/7 office support are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Certifications such as CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, toileting, personal hygiene, and light meal prep.
• Provide transportation to medical appointments.
• Deliver dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Hospice care as needed.
• Provide hourly or 24/7 care as required.
• Perform light housekeeping and homemaking tasks.

• Personal care with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, toileting, personal hygiene assistance, and light meal prep.
• Transportation services to clients for medical appointments.
• Dementia Care, Alzheimer's Care, Parkinson's Care, Hospice Care and more!
• Hourly and 24/7 Care.
• Light housekeeping and organization.

Requirements

• Helping with activities of daily living
• Strong organizational & communication skills
• Certifications that are preferred but NOT required: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED
• Able to drive client in their own personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement)
• Cell phone with internet access
