Right at Home Northwest Suburban is seeking caring, experienced caregivers to provide in-home support to seniors and adults with disabilities in the Northwest Suburban area. We value dignity, respect, and professional caregiving alongside a supportive office team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional caregiving experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Passion for helping seniors and adults with disabilities.
• Reliable transportation.
• Patience, compassion, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to assist with transfers and mobility.
• Experience with memory care or cognitive impairments.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor client health and document changes.
• Assist with mobility and physical activities.
• Administer medications as directed.
• Engage clients with memory care activities and routines.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe home environment.
• Work closely with healthcare teams to implement care plans.
• Provide specialized care for hospice and group home settings.

We are seeking professional caregivers who recognize the responsibility that comes with being entrusted with someone’s safety, dignity, and daily well-being.

Compensation for this position is thoughtfully determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and schedule availability.

The anticipated pay range for this role is $18–$21 per hour, with final compensation determined at the time of offer.
