Health Dimensions Group, Inc. is seeking Caregivers to provide compassionate resident care in our senior living communities in Eau Claire, WI. Open shifts include Full-Time and Part-Time positions from 3:00pm to 11:15pm.
You will assist with activities of daily living, support meals and activities, monitor health, and collaborate with nurses and staff to ensure safety and comfort. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred or training provided on hire.

Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
Support residents during mealtimes, recreational activities, and daily routines, ensuring comfort and dignity.
Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights, ensuring safety and attentiveness at all times.
Assist with transferring and positioning residents, using proper safety techniques.
Maintain a clean and organized living environment by assisting with light housekeeping tasks.
Monitor residents’ health and behavior, and report any changes or concerns to nursing or leadership staff.
Build positive, supportive relationships with residents and families.
Encourage resident participation in social and wellness activities to enhance quality of life.
Uphold the mission, values, and care standards of Health Dimensions Group in all interactions.
Work alongside nurses, dining, and life enrichment staff to coordinate and deliver holistic care.
Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay current on care practices and community updates.
Prior experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or personal care assistant preferred, but not required.
CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to complete training upon hire.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents, families, and team members.
Ability to provide care with kindness, patience, and respect for residents' dignity and independence.
Dependable and flexible with shift availability (including weekends or holidays as needed).
Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and move throughout the shift.
Able to assist with resident transfers and physical support using proper techniques.
