Job summary

Dimensions Living Green Bay is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide exceptional care for residents in our senior living community. This role focuses on helping with daily living activities, maintaining safety, and promoting dignity.

You will work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 2:00pm–10:00pm, with competitive hourly pay and opportunities for growth within a mission-driven team that values hospitality, integrity, respect, and humor.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or personal care assistant preferred, but not required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to complete training upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Support residents during mealtimes, recreational activities, and daily routines, ensuring comfort and dignity.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights, ensuring safety and attentiveness at all times.
• Assist with transferring and positioning residents, using proper safety techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment by assisting with light housekeeping tasks.
• Monitor residents’ health and behavior, and report any changes or concerns to nursing or leadership staff.
• Build positive, supportive relationships with residents and families.
• Encourage resident participation in social and wellness activities to enhance quality of life.
• Uphold the mission, values, and care standards of Health Dimensions Group in all interactions.
• Work alongside nurses, dining, and life enrichment staff to coordinate and deliver holistic care.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay current on care practices and community updates.

What You Bring to the Table (Besides Your Big Heart)

Experience & Training:

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and move throughout the shift.

• Able to assist with resident transfers and physical support using proper techniques.
