Job summary

CIMA Senior Living in Denison, TX is seeking a dedicated caregiver to join Grayson Court. You will provide hands-on daily living support, promote safety and dignity, document care, and collaborate with nurses and families to ensure residents' well-being.

We offer a competitive hourly rate, flexible shifts within a full-time role, and a supportive team focused on compassionate care for seniors.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Senior Living experience preferred.
• Experience with caregiving required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on support to residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Ensure residents' safety and comfort while promoting dignity and independence.
• Monitor residents for changes in physical or cognitive condition, document care provided, and communicate effectively with nurses, family members, and other team members.
• Engage residents in activities that promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being.
