Job summary

Homecare Heroes of Texas seeks compassionate caregivers to provide care and support for individuals with developmental disabilities in a safe, respectful, and dignified environment.

You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, administer medications as directed, and follow HIPAA guidelines while offering emotional support to residents and families. A valid driver''s license and auto insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and caring nature with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Basic knowledge of patient care techniques and procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check (State and National). Must have a valid driver''s license and auto insurance.
