Job Summary

As a Personal Care Attendant / Caregiver you will provide non‑medical assistance to clients in their homes and communities, helping them maintain independence and improve quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Feed and prepare meals
• Toilet and incontinence care
• Transfer, position, and ambulate clients
• Support client health and wellness: medication reminders and exercise assistance
• Perform light housekeeping: laundry, cleaning, organizing
• Grocery shopping and errands
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with transportation and communication needs
• Deliver care with compassion, dignity, and respect in compliance with agency policies and state regulations

Eligibility Requirements

Must be at least 18years old and possess valid I‑9 documentation. During onboarding a candidate must have:

• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration and registry clearance
• Current TB test/clearance
• Completed state forms: LIC508 – Criminal Record Statement, LIC501 – Personnel Record, SOC341A – Abuse Reporting Acknowledgment
• Completion of at least 5hours of entry‑level orientation training

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 18years old
• Valid I‑9 Employment Eligibility Verification documentation
• Active California Home Care Aide registration
