Job summary

HomeWell Care Services, Inc. is urgently hiring compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical care in seniors’ homes, helping them stay safe, comfortable, and independent. We value dignity, compassion, and respect for both clients and team members.

The CAREGIVER role involves companionship, light meal prep, personal care assistance, and transportation support, with opportunities for training and advancement. If you’re passionate about improving seniors’ lives, we’d love to meet you.

Qualifications

• CNA, HHA, or HCA license preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months full-time or 12 months part-time experience caring for geriatric or chronically ill individuals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable personal vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance (required if transporting clients).
• Proof of current TB testing.
• Physically able to perform job duties.
• Mature, caring, punctual, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with light meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide ambulation assistance and medication reminders.
• Transport clients to appointments and errands.
