A family-owned home care company is looking for positive and energetic individuals to join as home care aides in Chandler, Arizona. This role involves personal care and daily living assistance for clients with behavioral health and developmental disabilities. Candidates must be 18+, hold a high school diploma or GED, and have reliable transportation. Training will be provided, alongside opportunities for certifications and flexible scheduling.

We at FamAli are looking for positive and energetic individuals who are interested in becoming home care aides. This role focuses on personal care and daily living assistance on a one-to-one case for those with behavioral health and developmental disabilities such as physical or mental illness or who are disabled or confined to their homes.

Your daily tasks for the client may consist of but are not limited to:

Basic cleaning and or organizing to maintain a clean and safe environment for the client

Laundry

Assist with meals, such as meal preparation

Assist with personal care

Assist with grooming

Assist with running errands such as grocery shopping

Accompanying clients to appointments

Taking clients to daily activities

Document care of the client

Overall becoming the client's go-to person

Job eligibility:

Must be 18 years of age or older

Completed High School or GED certificate or take competency evaluation provided by FamAli

Have a valid driver's license

Have access to insured and reliable transportation

Poses an AZ state fingerprint clearance card

6+ months of experience and or training requirements needed

Must attend training requirements prior to working with the first client

Ideal Candidate:

Prior experience in a similar role is ideal, but not required

Excellent problem-solving skills,

Have the ability to communicate, comfort, and deescalate any situation

Ability to react calmly in an emergency situation

Experience or comfort in managing the health and personal care of clients if need be

Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-center approach
