Job summary

FirstLight Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors and adults with disabilities at home. This part-time role offers morning and evening shifts with the potential for additional hours as the team grows.

You will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and help maintain a safe, independent living environment. Training and ongoing support are provided, with a focus on compassionate, relationship-based care.

Qualifications

• Experience in elder care or caregiving preferred.

Current Schedule Available (Monday–Sunday):

• Morning: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Evening: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Additional hours are available

as we continue to grow, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to build a larger schedule over time.

We are looking for multiple caregivers to rotate throughout the week and provide consistent, quality care. Experience with Hoyer lifts and higher-level personal care is preferred but can be trained; pay rate adjusted based on experience.
