CareBuilders at Home – Carmel IN is seeking compassionate, reliable Caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care and companionship for clients who need daily assistance. You will support activities of daily living, help maintain independence, and ensure comfort and dignity in clients' own homes.

Responsibilities include personal care tasks, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments, and reporting changes in health or behavior. We value empathy, reliability, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiver experience is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required).
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.

Job Summary
