Job summary

Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) seeks compassionate caregivers to provide high-quality, personalized in-home care to members across Wisconsin. You’ll help individuals stay in their own homes by supporting transfers, meals, bathing, dressing, and daily activities with safety and companionship.

Shifts run every weekend (Saturday and Sunday) from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, paying $20 per hour. The employer is the Member or Managing Party; CDCN assists with recruitment and coordination.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Experience with feeding tubes and Hoyer lifts is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old at time of employment.
• Must pass a caregiver background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with transfers (Hoyer Lift).
• Assist with feedings (G-Tube/Suctioning).
• Assist with bathing/dressing.
• Assist with toileting when needed.
• Provide safety and companionship.

Tasks

• Assist with transfers (Hoyer Lift)
• Assist with feedings (G-Tube/Suctioning)
• Assist with bathing/dressing
• Assist with toileting when needed
• Above all - Provide safety and companionship

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with feeding tubes and Hoyer lifts
• Must be 18 years of age at the time of employment
• Must pass a caregiver background check

*If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a Member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN’s role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker.
