We are immediately hiring PCA's, HHA's, and CNA's across Connecticut — Ansonia/Seymour area. CF provides premier in-home senior care to help older adults thrive at home with independence, health, safety, and happiness, giving loved ones peace of mind.

What You Will Do:

Implement customized care plans that nurture the whole person — mind, body, and spirit. Treat clients like family, going above and beyond to enhance their quality of life.

Essential Functions:

• Deliver exceptional care in clients' homes
• Assist with personal care activities: hygiene, mobility, incontinence, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal prep
• Provide companionship and social/emotional support
• Ensure safety and client enjoyment
• Transport clients to appointments
• Document care activities and report changes in client condition
