Job summary

Prairie Ridge Community in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, is seeking caring individuals to join our care team. We offer Full-Time, Part-Time or Casual roles with competitive pay based on experience and a supportive, home-like environment.

Daily duties include helping residents with routines, medications, companionship, and health monitoring while ensuring safety and comfort. Training is provided to build lasting relationships with residents and teammates.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a state background check.
• Ability to stand, bend and assist residents with lifting or transfers.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with morning and evening routines, dressing, bathing and mobility.
• Assist with medications and monitor changes in health or mood.
• Provide companionship, engage in activities and light conversation.
• Maintain a tidy, safe and home-like resident environment.
• Communicate openly with team to ensure smooth community operations.
