Job summary

Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic in Asheville, NC is seeking a Lead Caregiver to act as shift leader in a senior care setting. You will coach the caregiving team, assign shifts, monitor attendance, and provide hands-on support with ADLs while ensuring ISP alignment and quality resident care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, must be 18 years or older.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications required.
• Experience in assisted living or memory care; strong communication and leadership skills.

Position Overview

The Lead Caregiver serves as a shift leader in a senior care setting, ensuring high-quality, consistent resident care while coaching and supporting the caregiving team.
