Job summary

Senior Helpers of Annapolis seeks a caregiver to deliver one-on-one personal care in clients’ homes, helping them remain safe and independent. Pay is determined by experience and certifications, with a range of $16.00–$21.00 per hour.

You will engage clients with meaningful conversations, assist with meals, mobility, and daily activities, and report progress and client condition. TB test and CPR certification are required before starting.

What does a day in the life of a caregiver look like?

Providing a helping hand at clients home such as:

• Have fun and engaging conversations with your clients to build relationships
• Participate in your clients’ favorite hobbies (scrapbooking, gardening, games, etc.)
• Prep meals for your clients to enjoy
• Assist your clients with walking, dressing, and other daily activities of living
• Report what activities were completed with your clients and provide updates on your clients’ physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior
