Job summary

Senior Helpers Bel Air is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home, one-on-one care, helping clients stay safe and independent. You’ll tailor tasks to each client’s needs, offer companionship, and support daily living activities in their own homes.

We offer flexible schedules, training opportunities, and benefits for part-time and full-time staff, with a strong team support network and opportunities for professional growth within a nationwide in-home care company.

What does a day in the life of a caregiver look like? Providing a helping hand.

• Have fun and engaging conversations with your clients to build relationships
• Spend quality time with your clients doing things they love, like scrapbooking, gardening, playing games, and more
• Help make mealtime enjoyable by preparing and serving meals your clients will love
• Support clients with mobility, personal care, and daily living activities
• Report what activities were completed with your clients and provide updates on your clients’ physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior
