Job summary

HomeWell Care Services, Inc. is looking for compassionate Caregivers in Andover, Massachusetts, to provide personalized non-medical services for seniors wishing to age in place. You will work one-on-one with clients, forming meaningful relationships while assisting them with daily tasks such as companionship, light cooking, and personal care.

This role requires reliable transportation, communication skills, and the ability to pass a criminal background check. We offer a flexible schedule, opportunity for advancement, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months of full-time or 12 months of part-time experience caring for geriatric or chronically ill persons.
• Must pass a criminal background check and have proof of current TB testing.
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and light cooking and cleaning.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Transport clients for appointments and run errands.

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA/PCA license preferred or 6 months of full‑time work or 12 months of part‑time work caring for geriatric or chronically ill persons
• Exceptional communication skills
• Reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Proof of current TB testing
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
• Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable
• Pass a criminal background check (national and required by the state)
