Papa Inc. is seeking dedicated individuals in Alsip, IL to become Papa Pals on a flexible, part-time basis. You will choose visits, provide companionship, assist with daily tasks, and offer transportation as needed, helping older adults and families stay connected and supported.

No prior caregiving experience is required—just a compassionate attitude and a desire to help others. This role emphasizes control over your schedule and meaningful community impact.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Must complete a background check.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Access to a reliable vehicle (model year 2009 or newer) with active auto insurance meeting platform requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation to local destinations and accompany individuals on visits.
• Offer non-medical companionship through conversation, activities, and company.
• Assist with light in-home tasks such as tidying, laundry, meal prep, and errands as needed.
