Job summary

Papa Inc. is seeking caring individuals to join as Papa Pals on a part-time basis across Michigan and surrounding areas. Pals provide non-medical companionship, transportation, and light home support through flexible visits. Independent contractor role with control over schedule, not an employee.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid U.S. driver\'s license
• Must complete a background check
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Access to a reliable vehicle (model year 2009 or newer) with active auto insurance meeting platform requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical companionship to older adults and families.
• Transport clients to local destinations and run errands as needed.
• Assist with light in-home tasks such as tidying, laundry, and meal prep.
• Engage in conversation and activities to improve well-being and connection
