Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years experience working with youth.
• Valid State Driver's License and CPR/First Aid Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Ensures timely placement and retention of graduates and former enrollees in quality placement activities.
• Places graduates within the placement service period and aims for 40% within thirty days of leaving the center.
• Conducts follow-up surveys at six and twelve months and coordinates transitional services.
• Promotes job development with employers, one-stops, and state agencies.
• Develops new company linkages to hire graduates and facilitates placement before separation.
• Provides referrals to and registers assignees with one-stops, JTPA, and state employment agencies.
• Coaches graduates on interviewing skills and placement search strategies.
• Maintains placement documents and CIS case notes and ensures compliance with policies.

Education
