Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to deliver exceptional service to residents and support the Maintenance Supervisor. You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance repairs, handle turnover tasks, and help maintain exterior and common areas while following safety rules.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record & proof of automobile insurance coverage.
• EPA certification preferred. If required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of the employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, efficient and professional maintenance service.
• Perform independent maintenance repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and other systems.
• Conduct apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and complete turnover checklist.
• Maintain common areas (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash, cleaning windows).
• Monitor exterior building issues (roof, siding, shutters).
• Support preventive maintenance program for area of responsibility.
• Ensure safe condition of all equipment and structures.
• Update inventory with new tools and equipment.
• Maintain clean, orderly work areas and observe safety rules.
