Job summary

Management & Training Corporation (MTC) seeks a qualified administrator to coordinate career technical training programs at the Clearfield Job Corps Center. This full-time role oversees administrative and programmatic activities in line with government directives.

Bachelor’s degree and three years related experience with supervisory responsibilities are required, along with strong written and verbal communication and computer skills. A valid driver license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and three years of related experience, two of which must be in a supervisory capacity.
• Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements
• Experience with youth, excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate designated area of career technical training (CTT) in compliance with government and management directives.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage the administrative and programmatic activities of programs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new and revised policies and procedures affecting the program areas of supervision.
• Manage, recommend, and participate in student counseling and student accountability with activities such as staff/student confrontation and individual student problems/solutions.
• Conduct monthly audits of staff and student files and ensure compliance with established center and DOL requirements.
