Management & Training Corporation (MTC) Inland Empire Job Corps Center in San Bernardino, CA seeks an Instructor for the Office Administration CTT program. You will lead the Office Assistant career technical training, work under the CTT manager, and deliver instruction aligned with approved curricula.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and certification in area of instruction.
• Bachelor’s degree and one year office administration experience.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record, unless waived.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead instructor for the office assistant career technical training (CTT) program.
• Provide assistance to the CTT manager to ensure delivery of services.
• Record student progress, credentialing and course completion.
• Develop, implement, and monitor processes to achieve center goals.
• Prepare instructional materials and supervise in designated area.
