Responsibilities

• Provide career technical training instruction from approved curriculum.
• Plan, prepare, and implement instructional units for student industry readiness.
• Tailor facilitation to diverse learning needs and preferences.
• Create hands-on activities using classroom mock-ups.
• Model and teach the use of information technology as a workplace skill.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress and keep records in Job Corps systems.
• Provide guidance to students and support career planning.
