Job summary

Elizabethtown College's Career Development Center seeks an Assistant Director of Industry and Career Advising (Arts, Humanities & Public Service). You will serve as the primary liaison for the School of Public Service and School of Arts and Humanities, delivering integrated career advising, employer engagement, and experiential learning.

You will coach students, develop discipline-specific resources, and partner with faculty to align career readiness with curricula while leading campus-wide

Qualifications

• MA or MS in Higher Education Administration or Counseling.
• Three years in Career Services, Employer Relations, or Alumni Relations is preferred.
• Experience in advising, employer engagement, and programming is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide discipline-specific career advising for Arts, Humanities & Public Service.
• Develop and sustain employer, alumni, and experiential opportunities for students.
• Partner with faculty to align career readiness with curricula and outcomes.
• Lead campus-wide career initiatives and track First Destination data.
