Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Experience in staffing, recruiting, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Background checks and criminal history review are part of the hiring process.

Responsabilités

• Provide career coaching including resume development, interview preparation, and job search strategies
• Support graduates in securing employment aligned with their education
• Build and maintain partnerships with local employers and industry contacts
• Coordinate hiring events, employer visits, and career workshops
• Track placement activity and contribute to campus placement goals
• Collaborate with faculty and campus teams to support student career outcomes
