Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years coordinating career services or related field.
• Proven ability to network and collaborate with faculty, staff, students, alumni, employers, and campus partners.
• Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, web editing, and database tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to manage competing priorities and administrative tasks.
• Experience building tools and databases for evidence-based decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead employer engagement and career programming including Industry Day.
• Organize employer information sessions and professional development workshops.
• Develop and refresh program marketing materials and web content.
• Provide career advising during regular office hours.
• Develop partnerships with industry, alumni, and campus networks.
• Maintain program data and prepare reports for assessment and improvement.
