Responsibilities

• Provide early and progressive career advising for medical students.
• Coordinate observerships, shadowing, and residency prep activities.
• Develop programs including CV development and Careers in Medicine materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to promote programs and mentoring.
• Maintain data and reporting for accreditation and leadership.
