Harlem Children’s Zone (HCZ) is seeking an Assistant Director of Career Services to lead the Career Services Team, coordinate college internships, and bridge between Career Services and College Success. The role emphasizes collaborative leadership, data-driven program design, and scalable pathways for scholars toward economic mobility.

You will supervise Career Specialists, develop strategies for job training and financial literacy, and build partnerships with internal teams and community

Qualificações

• Master’s degree required; preferred in related field.
• 2+ years advising or coaching college students
• Experience supervising staff or program management in higher education
• Experience collaborating across departments to coordinate student success pipelines

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of Career Services Team (CST) in partnership with the Director
• Supervise Career Specialists and support professional development
• Develop strategies promoting economic mobility through training, literacy, and readiness
• Oversee college internship programs with portal management and recruitment workflows
• Analyze data to measure program effectiveness and scalability
• Build relationships with internal HCZ teams and external partners
• Perform other duties as assigned
