Job summary

New York Institute of Technology's Jonesboro, Arkansas campus is seeking a Coordinator for Career Services to support residency and fellowship placement for NYITCOM-Arkansas students and alumni. The role focuses on MSPE development, management, and completion, ensuring accurate, compliant documentation for Match cycles.

The position collaborates with students, alumni, faculty, and administrators across campuses, handling MSPE edits, updates, and file conversions, and supports licensure processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required. 4–6 years' experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Experience in higher education, medical education, career services, or healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong ability to manage complex documentation with high accuracy, including editing and official records maintenance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work with databases and SIS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MSPEs for students participating in the Match.
• Update MSPE processes and ensure timely documentation.
• Assist with licensure documentation and FCVS credentialing for alumni.
• Support alumni and faculty during fellowship matching and events.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across campuses to ensure compliance and accuracy.
