Job summary

New York Institute of Technology-AR in Jonesboro seeks a Coordinator for Career Services to support residency and fellowship placement for NYITCOM‑Arkansas students and alumni. The role focuses on developing, managing, and finalizing MSPEs while assisting licensure documentation and FCVS processes.

You will collaborate with students, alumni, and faculty across campuses, ensuring timely, accurate documentation for Match and fellowship applications and participating in major Student Administration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 4–6 years' experience may substitute for degree.
• Experience in higher education, medical education, career services, or healthcare setting preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex documentation with high accuracy (editing/formatting/records).
• Strong confidentiality and FERPA compliance; excellent organizational skills and deadline-driven workflow.

Responsibilities

• Write MSPEs for the current Match application cycle.
• Collaborate with NYIT team to update the MSPE questionnaire.
• Facilitate MSPE workshop with third-year students and meet with them for MSPE discussion.
• Update USMLE statuses in the MSPE and convert finalized MSPEs to PDFs.
• Submit FCVS documentation and manage licensure-related materials.
• Support Fellowships activities and alumni transcripts uploads; participate in Match Day events.
