Compensation: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Pacific Time). This role focuses on coaching, coordinating hiring events, and maintaining partnerships to drive student placement and success.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Experience in staffing, recruiting, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide career coaching including resume development, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
• Support graduates in securing employment aligned with their education.
• Build and maintain partnerships with local employers and industry contacts.
• Coordinate hiring events, employer visits, and career workshops.
• Track placement activity and contribute to campus placement goals.
• Collaborate with faculty and campus teams to support student career outcomes.
