You will work directly with students to prepare them for the job market while developing a network of employer partners actively hiring. This is a relationship‑driven role where success comes from connecting people with opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in recruiting, career services, sales, or related field.
• Strong communication skills—comfortable speaking to groups and on the phone.
• Relationship builder who enjoys connecting with people.
• Organized and detail‑oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one career coaching and job search assistance to students and graduates.
• Delivery of workshops on resume writing, interviewing, and professional development.
• Build and maintain relationships with local employers to identify job opportunities.
• Develop a pipeline of qualified job opportunities aligned with graduate skills and training.
• Coordinate job fairs, employer visits, and on‑campus recruiting events.
• Track graduate employment outcomes and maintain contact until successful placement.
