Job summary

Lincoln Tech Houston is seeking a Career Services Advisor to guide students and graduates toward meaningful employment. You will coach individuals one‑on‑one, deliver workshops on resume writing and interviewing, and build a network of local employers for opportunities.

You’ll develop pipelines of job openings aligned with graduate skills, coordinate on-campus events, and track outcomes to support successful placements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in recruiting, career services, sales, or related field.
• Strong communication skills—comfortable speaking to groups and on the phone.
• Relationship builder who enjoys connecting with people.
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn new technology platforms.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting performance targets.

Responsibilities

In this role, you'll be the bridge between education and employment--coaching job seekers, building relationships with local employers, and creating opportunities that change lives.

You’ll work directly with students and recent graduates to prepare them for the job market, while simultaneously developing a network of employer partners who are actively hiring. This is a relationship-driven role where your success comes from connecting the right people with the right opportunities.
