Job summary

HTU in Houston helps students and graduates pursue employment in healthcare fields by guiding resume building, interview techniques, and workplace expectations. You will manage a grad population and assist with Allied Healthcare job placement, driving progress toward placement goals.

The role includes partnering with directors on externship advertising, recruiting sites, and community outreach while representing HTU positively in the health education community.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Willingness to work in a high-powered, dynamic, energetic, and results-driven environment.
• Experience in employment staffing, career services, out-placement services, or sales.

Responsibilities

• Attend staff meetings and student orientation sessions.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accrediting rules and regulations.
• Build positive relationships with students to promote career services throughout their education.
