Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in workforce development or job readiness coaching.

• Experience with Salesforce, Google Suite, and LMS.
• Experience with adult classroom training.

Responsibilities

• Lead career development training sessions using an approved curriculum to prepare learners for job attainment and mid-level IT roles.
• Provide professional development coaching in interviewing, resumes, LinkedIn, job search, and workplace success.
• Manage a class size of up to 40 learners and coordinate with satellite campus.
• Oversee learner progress and collaborate with instructors and departments to evaluate performance.
