Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Valid teaching certificate (any state)
• Experience with transitional services and/or youth (preferred)
• Experience working with individuals who experience barriers to employment

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate job readiness and related transition services.
• Facilitate job readiness workshops and manage work experiences.
• Coordinate relationships with host businesses, hospitals, schools, and families.
• Ensure implementation of individual students' transition plans and rotation work sites.
• Develop service plans and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and policies.
• Evaluate participant skills and adjust plans to ensure goal attainment.
