Job summary

Brookline College is seeking a relationship-driven career services professional who helps healthcare students and graduates prepare for interviews, connect with employers, and secure meaningful employment in their field. This is not a desk-based role; you will work directly with students, graduates, healthcare employers, faculty, and campus leadership to move people from classroom into the workforce.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in career services, recruiting, or workforce development.
• Two+ years coaching, advising, or placement.
• Ability to build rapport while maintaining accountability.
• Strong follow-through with deadlines and priorities.
• Excellent communication with students, employers, and faculty.

Responsibilities

• Coach students on resumes, job-search strategies, interviewing, networking, and professional communication.
• Develop employer relationships to create internship-to-hire and direct-hire opportunities.
• Connect graduates with job openings, interviews, and employer introductions.
• Lead job-readiness workshops, classroom presentations, mock interviews, and career events.
• Manage a high-volume caseload with accurate records and reporting.
