Job summary

Equus Workforce Solutions is seeking a Talent Development Facilitator to deliver high-quality work readiness interventions that enhance the soft and hard skills of program participants. The role focuses on improving the job readiness score and creating a robust pipeline of work-ready customers for staff.

You will work with diverse learners, coordinate personalized instruction, and introduce company tools in a classroom setting, while maintaining thorough documentation and assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Familiarity with the communities served and local resources.
• Demonstrated knowledge of labor market trends.
• Public speaking experience.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ability to work with diverse cultures and backgrounds in a classroom setting.
• Coordinate individual instruction in an orderly, professional manner.
• Improve the job readiness score of students and pipeline work-ready customers.
• Introduce the company and other tools in the classroom.
• Ensure participants complete and submit assignments on schedule.
• Conduct follow-up outreach to disengaged students and document efforts.
• Maintain student assessments in files and databases.
• Collaborate well with teams, business customers, and staff.
• Able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
