Job summary

Digital NEST is seeking a Career Programs Coordinator to support the execution and continuous improvement of Career Programs across all centers. You will review member engagement, track day-to-day activities, and align programs with standardized criteria for career services offerings, acting as a liaison across departments to ensure high-quality programming.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in youth development, workforce readiness programs, career counseling, or education program management.
• Experience working with youth aged 14–24 from diverse backgrounds in nonprofits or tech-access spaces.
• Proven ability to organize experiential career development events and handle internal/external logistics.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and lead regional career-building events across centers.
• Collaborate with partners to secure guest facilitators and expand workshop offerings.
• Manage event logistics to ensure accessibility for members, associates, and alumni.
