Job summary

Management & Training Corporation (MTC) in Hawaii is seeking a dedicated professional to coordinate and implement the career preparation period program for new students, in alignment with government and center directives.

You will develop lessons, tailor training plans, communicate with potential enrollees, and coordinate arrival activities with other departments. This is a full-time role offering meaningful community impact and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and five (5) year related experience.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, unless waived by management (to drive a 7 passengers van).

Responsibilities

• Develop, prepare, and deliver career preparation lessons; use a variety of teaching strategies to meet student learning needs.
• Recommend an appropriate training program for each assigned student, using background files, personal interviews, tests, and a variety of other assessment tools.
• Conduct pre-arrival contacts with potential enrollees; prepare and mail pre-arrival and safe arrival letters on a timely basis, coordinate arrival activities with other center departments.
• Participate in student employability programs and activities.
