Job summary

HTU is seeking a role focused on coordinating and implementing a career preparation period program for new students in the United States. The position requires developing and delivering engaging lessons using diverse teaching strategies and coordinating arrival activities with other departments to ensure a smooth start for enrollees.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent related experience), at least one year of relevant experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; directly related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• At least one year of related experience required.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement the career preparation period program for new students, ensuring compliance with government and management directives.
• Develop, prepare, and deliver career preparation lessons using various teaching strategies to meet student learning needs.
• Recommend appropriate training programs for each assigned student based on background files, personal interviews, tests, and other assessment tools.
• Conduct pre-arrival contacts with potential enrollees; prepare and mail pre-arrival and safe arrival letters promptly; coordinate arrival activities with other center departments.
• Participate in student employability programs and activities.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual wage of $39,644.
