Job summary

Empire Beauty School is seeking a driven Admissions Representative (Career Planning Specialist) in Littleton, CO. You will recruit students for cosmetology and beauty programs, engaging via phone, text, email, social media, and in-person outreach.

Conduct interviews, tours, and review enrollment requirements while guiding applicants through financial aid and career opportunities. The role requires a two-night per week schedule and Saturday availability, with pay range of $26.00–$28.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Career School Diploma required; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience in service sales or education enrollment is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment.
• Ability to build strong relationships with prospective students and families.
• Availability to work a schedule that includes days, evenings, and weekends.
• Commitment to following company policies and applicable regulations with high ethics.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified students to enroll in cosmetology, esthetics, and other beauty programs.
• Connect with prospective students via phone, text, email, social media, and in-person outreach.
• Conduct student interviews and school tours.
• Review enrollment requirements and assist with enrollment and financial aid.
• Present career opportunities and guide students on career paths.
• Engage in community outreach and recruitment activities, open houses, and career days.
