Job summary

Empire Beauty School in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an Admissions Representative (Career Planning Specialist) for a full-time role. The position focuses on recruiting qualified students into cosmetology and related programs, engaging with prospects via phone, text, email, social media, and in-person outreach.

You will conduct student interviews and tours, review enrollment requirements, assist with enrollment and financial aid, and present career opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Career School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience in service sales, education enrollment, or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to build strong relationships with prospective students, families, and community partners.
• Availability to work a schedule that includes days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities
