Job summary

Community Services and Employment Training (CSET) is hiring for a position focused on career placement and employment assistance for SCC Trainees. The role builds and maintains employer relationships, identifies job opportunities, and coordinates resources to support successful placement and retention.

Responsibilities include outreach to employers, interviewing coordination, and providing job-readiness counseling, resume development, and job-search guidance to Trainees.

• Maintains relationships with employers to identify opportunities and promote programs.
• Conducts outreach, visits, events, and other engagement activities to generate job leads.
• Markets programs and services to employers and addresses workforce needs.
• Coordinates interviews and follows up with trainees and employers to ensure placement and retention.
• Provides employment counseling, resume development, interview prep, and job-search strategies.
