Job summary

Good Shepherd Services, Ltd seeks a Fair Futures Supervisor to lead a team of coaches across New York City residential programs. The role is on-site with travel between programs and requires hybrid scheduling based on program needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, workforce development, social work, or education.
• Minimum 5 years in supervisory capacity.
• Masters in social work and education strongly preferred.
• Must travel and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of four Fair Futures Coaches across programs in New York City.
• Provide weekly supervision to ensure educational, employment and vocational needs are met.
• Work closely with the Fair Futures Educational and Permanency Specialists.
• Review documentation on site and progress notes; ensure accuracy of records.
• Develop community resources and link to vocational/educational agencies (ACS, ACCES-VR, NADAP, etc.).
• Plan and execute fair future events, including vocational and college tours.
